How to unlock the Atomic Power Punk achievement in Guitar Hero: Van Halen - Definitive Guide

Put beginner on 4 instruments locally, leave the mic next to the fan and let it get all the star power. When there's 4-5 bulbs full just use the star power on all the instruments.

like the Achievement says activate Star Power at the same Time. Best way to do it is everyone be on Beginner or Easy and play a Song and Activate Star Power at the same time.
Note: keep a 4x Muiliplyer then activate Star Power

All 4 instruments must have star power activated simultaneously. The activation itself doesn't have to happen at exactly the same time. This trophy should be done at the same time as "Hung High" (see below). It is not necessary to finish the song - the trophy will pop as soon as everyone is activated.
