Complete the song "I Want It All" as Eddie playing Guitar.

To unlock Eddie I simply got 90 stars while playing guitar, though it might take more. Then just play the Queen song "I Want It All".

You unlock the first form of each character at 100 stars. The second form at 200.

I didn't unlock Eddie till I got 100 stars. I also was only playing the Van Halen songs and only 3 played of the non-Van Halen Songs. And he unlocked when I hit 100 stars and completed the Dallas Gig.

Once you've unlocked Eddie in guitar career, select him under the "select rocker" menu and finish the song on guitar. Easy.
