Guitar Hero: Van Halen

From the Career Menu, select Tutorials, then select New Features. There are only two lessons, one on Extended Sustains and The Slider/Tapping. Complete both of these lessons (you can't skip either of them) to unlock. This is quickest way I found, as some of the other tutorials get quite long.
