This is actually quite simple as long as you have 4 people, or 3 and something that makes constant noise.
We had 3 people and a DSi which we put near the mic that we put on beginner. We got this achievement first attempt on the song 'Stacy's Mom', so i would strongly suggest playing this song, as its very simple on all instruments.
Just pick a difficulty each that you are all comfortable with and try to keep a good streak and you should get this fairly quickly.
Note: You can get this with less than 3 people if you set it to beginner and do the kick pedal of the drums while playing a guitar but i do not reccomend it as its very easy to slip up.

The easiest way is to have every instrument on beginner. You'll get this while going for "Somebody Get Them A Doctor". The fan trick is helpful here, too.
