How to unlock the Pseudo Perfectionist achievement in Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock - Definitive Guide

This achievement requires that you dominate 2 chapters of Quest once you have completed the initial Quest.

To dominate a chapter, you must obtain 40 stars on each song in the chapter. Since you have all 8 powers at your disposal, this is fairly easy on any difficulty. All that is needed is to maintain a 98% accuracy rating or higher, and use all star power.

Do this twice, and achievement unlocked.

I'm not understanding. Maybe I should finish the story mode first, but how do you get 40 stars on songs?! I can only get at most 8 per instrument at the moment. & 8*4 is only 32

You need to complete the Quest mode first, then you can go back and complete all songs again and earn 40 stars on each. I won't go further into it because it will spoil the Quest Domination mode once you complete Quest :)

Man I always thought you had to get 40 stars on expert. Thank god we can do it on whatever difficulty we want.
