This is simply unlocked by playing Quest Mode. In the quest mode path, select Casey Lynch (8th on the path) and you will have to complete a number of stars by playing the songs in the setlist (8 in total) to make her transform to Warrior Casey. It will show a progress bar to show how close you are to the transformation.
Upon transformation you will then be able to do an Encore song which is "Renegade" by Styx.
Upon transformation you will then be able to do an Encore song which is "Renegade" by Styx.

Story related and cannot be missed. All you have to do is earn the specified number of stars required to Charm Casey.
