Gunkid 99 (JP)

This achievement is currently glitched, or at least extremely buggy.

For anyone who has played the Xbox version, you may notice that the game crashes at the end of high scoring matches, when the leaderboards are being calculated. This issue occurs for nearly all stages, and I didn't seem to have any issues with achievements unlocking on those.

I also tried playing offline, getting the 100+, then reconnecting at the very end to avoid the leaderboard crash. The in-game achievement unlocked, but not the one for Xbox Live.

In total, I have completed the requirement 4 times with no luck.

If you are interested, here are some gameplay videos of me scoring 100 points or greater on two of the World 4 stages. Perhaps it will be a useful reference if they manage to fix the achievement.
