Again I recommend the purchase of Sayuri. Her health meter and powerful sword attacks will help greatly. Be wary of enemies and obstacles that are instant kills. The bosses all have patterns. It's memorizing and recognizing those patterns that's key to getting through the stages without dying. Once those patterns are memorized, the bosses aren't nearly as daunting.
