During this mission, you have the opportunity to use blueprints to develop certain technologies. Fully developing a technology requires 5 blueprints, which you can get from following the story missions, visiting locations or buying them from shops. So to fully develop two technologies you'll need a total of 10. I highly recommend choosing Gunsmithery and Engineering as both are tied to unlocking trinkets (visit the Giant Clock after maxing out engineering).
