Throughout the mission you're tasked with hunting down specific individuals in a handful of locations. Each set of locations has an "informant" you need to pay off for information about each target. Having this information let's you kill only the target instead of massacring the entire location to get them. You're given plenty of money at the start and should have no issues paying for all of the information. Just make sure you choose to single the target out instead of sorting out the entire spot.
