This Achievement is obtained in the Scars of Freedom scenario.
During this scenario, you'll come to a combat stage where Phineas and Dr. Aldous Gorman are in a cemetery. One starts in a laboratory, the other in a church, and valves have to be turned.
Many enemies spawn during this mission, so it's a good opportunity for this Achievement (although it might be possible to do it on other missions; I'm not sure...). I killed all the enemies that spawned, and received 130 Ether after the mission was completed.
The Achievement doesn't pop until after you finish the mission. If you don't want to wait around killing all the enemies, you could probably make a Quicksave, finish the mission, and reload if you don't quite make it to 75 Ether.
