In the final mission of the "On Earth, as it is in Hell" scenario, choose to play as Warren's posse. Once all enemies in the stage are dead, use Warren to pull the marked switch. The other option will unlock the "Requiem for a Gunfighter" achievement, so you can make a quick save first, do one option, then reload the save to do the other.

The second I clicked the lever, the game autosaved as achievement popped. Reloading save was not possible

If you start a new campaign, then reload the quick load, it will put you back before the choice.
