Easily unlocked through regular gameplay:
After your first couple ships you will unlock the barge area below to throw items and some ships will have more extensive interiors. One of the items to can find is a poster on any of the walls. Simply go up to the poster, or use your handheld utility grapple to bring it to you, and press
to collect it. The achievement should unlock when you grab your first one, but you can also collect many more posters to decorate your habitat.

To be clear, you do not earn the achievement by grappling the poster and sending it to the barge. As stated above, you must collect it with X
