Hardspace: Shipbreaker

After doing your first few ships you will unlock ships that have class 1 reactors. There will be a tutorial to guide you through extracting them. One of the reactor's hazards is that if you get too close while it's detached it will shock you, which will unlock this achievement. The tutorial goes over everything but essentially you just need to detach it with and then get right up next to it to get shocked.

You can also be shocked by any damaged electrical equipment, as well as junction boxes and fuses later in the game. If you plan to get all of the other achievements it's almost guaranteed you'll get this one accidentally along the way.
