Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland

I'll give you the condensed ending guide. This is tied with Gwen, but other actors involved: Nic, Nac, and Flak.

- Befriend Gwen and the Sprites. Gwen loves Golden Milk, and the Sprites love Mushrooms.
- After a few days (for me, three) of befriending the Sprites, they'll bust into your room one morning asking for your protection from a ferocious creature. This is the first cutscene for this ending and basically involves the Goddess learning of Gwen's involvement with this weasel, and trying to spread rumors that it is endangered (it actually is).
- From here, keep befriending Gwen until she approaches your house one morning. She has heard the rumors and doesn't feel right about the rumors. She asks you to give her time to come up with another plan that doesn't exploit Snowball.
- A week later, she'll return with a camera she had Louis construct (unconfirmed if you need to befriend Louis any). She'll ask you to meet her at the Lake at 7 pm that night to try and take a picture of Snowball. This, of course, fails because Gwen has second thoughts.
- Keep giving her treats and, after another week (for me, might be longer depending on the gifts you've given her), she'll return for another attempt, asking you once again to meet her at 7 pm at the lake. This time, Snowball will show up, you'll get your photo, and it will be a matter of waiting for the results.
- In one week from the last cutscene, the ending will start where Louis sent the photo off and found it was an endangered species, thus protecting the town and the surrounding wildlife.

I gave her Golden Milk every day, but I wasn't getting anything until I started befriending the Sprites. After two days of finding them in the wild and giving each of them a Mushroom, they appeared on the third day in immediate distress.
