How to unlock the Superfood achievement in Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland - Definitive Guide

Despite rumors of there being six, none of them have been confirmed. Therefore, the five berries that this trophy requests of you are the only ones you can obtain.
Power Berry #1:
As you harvest grass to build up fodder in your silo, you will come across this berry. The odds of acquiring this are random, but this is one of the earliest immediately available to you.
Power Berry #2:
This berry is within the depths of Maple Lake. While fishing with the Old Fishing Pole will give you the chance, it is best to wait and go for this berry as you're trying for the "Fishy Story" ending with Joe, as you'll get two different fishing poles and be fishing a lot in the lake. Upon pulling this out of the water, you'll immediately eat it.

Power Berry #3:
Every non-rainy day, proceed to the depths of the forest where the Goddess's Pond can be found. Any time after 10 a.m. but before dusk, toss a farm product into the pond and make a wish. It can be anything from an energy or fatigue recovery to affection assistance with your dog, horse, or a random girl. After making the wish (regardless of the results), toss in a vegetable (like a tomato). Do this for about fourteen days (not back-to-back, but it does require you to do so within one playthrough) and when you go to make a wish one day, she'll reward your kindness with a berry.
Power Berry #4:
Have a high affection level with your dog and befriend the Harvest Sprites Nic, Nak, and Flak. Easiest/best way is to give them golden animal products, though if you're trying early on, you can hold out until Fall to give them mushrooms. One day as you enter your farm (either from exiting your house or coming back from the town), the Sprites will run to you panicking because they can't find Flak, the yellow sprite. After a cutscene, they'll thank you for your help. The next morning, they'll be inside your house with your reward.
Power Berry #5:
This is tied to the Sacred Treasure ending which requires you to befriend Tim. When you make it to the Sacred Land in Praria Forest, use your hoe to dig into the dirt to unearth this berry.
