Per the in-game title description: "Use every character once in the Rhythm Game." This you should get just by playing through the various tracks without changing the default vocaloid. Otherwise, just make sure you select each of the six available vocaloids during play.

This is an easy title and trophy to achieve. All you have to do is play with each Vocaloid one time. After you play with the last one you need, the title and trophy should pop up after finishing the song.

Story trophy. To get it, you need to play for each character in the "Rhythm game" mode. There are 6 characters in the game: Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Migurine Luka, Meiko and Kaito.
