IMPORTANT!: The Papercrafts and Figurines can only be triggered when in their appropriate rooms. For example, to trigger the Papercraft Miku event, it must be placed in Miku's room. Papercraft Luka in Luka's room, and so on.
ALSO IMPORTANT!: The Fortune Box has 3 different events: Very bad, Just so-so, and Very good. They play at random and they all must be triggered for the trophy. Just keep selecting it until you see all three events.
Now for Gifts, all you have to do is give them to the character. It doesn't matter if they like it or not. Here are the gifts you'll need along with their unlocking songs/conditions:

IMPORTANT!: The Calligraphy Paper has 6 different events. Each event triggers randomly when you give Calligraphy Paper to someone.
ALSO IMPORTANT!: The Sketchbook has 12 different events. Like the Calligraphy Paper, each event is randomly triggered. Here's how it works, though: Basically, the character you give the Sketchbook to will draw a picture of another character. However, they'll never draw a picture of themselves so when you have both events for one character, switch to that one and keep giving Sketchbooks to him/her to get the others. Each character has 2 different events: a good drawing and a bad drawing. This may be difficult to understand, but once you see it, you'll get what I mean.
On a side note, you can also get the Birthday Cake events by visiting the appropriate character's room on their birthday. The dates are as follows:
Hatsune Miku: August 31
Kagamine Rin and Len: December 27
Megurine Luka: January 30
Kaito: February 17
Meiko: November 5
Player (You): Visit anyone's room on whatever date you set on your profile in the Records menu.
There's a quick way to know if you already have an event or not. You'll know if you already have an event if you can skip it. If you can't, then it's a new event. This is especially handy for the Fortune Box, Calligraphy Paper, and Sketchbook events.
Use the Event Collection tab under the menu in Diva Room to keep track of what events you have/need.

To unlock Memory Album you must view all Events inside the Diva Room. You can unlock certain events by giving gifts to characters and interacting with different Floor Items and Shelf Items. You can keep track of what you have done by viewing the “Event Collection” option in the Diva Rooms. Here is a list of all the events:

Notes for Un-lockable Event Items:
There are some items that will not be in the store until you raise each respective Vocaloid’s Affinity up to certain levels.
Level 2: Papercraft Doll
Level 3: Poster
Level 4: Vocaloid Figurine
Level 5: Premium Poster
Level 6: Birthday Cake
Notes for Certain Events:
-Events 24-26 are random and you must use the Fortune Box until you get all three events.
-Events 53-58 for the Calligraphy are all random. You must keep buying and using the Calligraphy Paper with any Vocaloid until you see all six of the events.
-Events 62-73 is random and you must keep letting the Vocaloids use the Sketchbook until you have all events. Please note that the character cannot draw themselves and that you must have another Vocaloid draw one for them.
-Events 74-79 can be done in two ways. You can visit each respective Vocaloid’s room on their birthday or you can raise each respective Vocaloid’s Affinity to the max to unlock their Birthday Cake for purchase and give the respective Vocaloid their own Birthday cake. Rin and Len share one cake and the Player cake is unlocked after you celebrate all The Vocaloid’s Birthdays.

-> remodel -> Yes -> Placeable Items) in Diva Room you need to use an item( -> item events -> Yes and select those marked with an exclamation mark).53-58 – drops out randomly, so check in the Event Collection so as not to buy too much (you’ll have to spend money on 20 sets somewhere).
62-73 – also appears in random order. We'll have to endure it.
74-78 – in order not to wait, change the date in the console to the appropriate one.
79 – you can set today’s one in your profile or change it on the console.

Buy a personalized cake (available when you reach level 6 in the Vocaloid room) and give it to the corresponding character; the player’s cake can be given to any hero. If you make platinum, then you will have to buy all the cakes in any case.
