How to unlock the Rhythm Game Cleared! [CT] achievement in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone - Definitive Guide

In order to earn this trophy, you must have purchased the DLC Colorful Tone song pack.
To obtain this trophy, you must go to the Rhythm Game menu tracklist and clear 39 unique songs with the Colorful Tone label which is located near the Completion percentage. This should come naturally through normal gameplay. It's best to do this on Easy difficulty as you only need 30% completion on the progress bar to clear the song. Once you have cleared 39 Colorful Tone songs, this trophy should pop at the end of the 39th cleared song.
In addition, if you have purchased the DLC Season Pass or the Encore Packs, the songs that come with the song packs are all under the Colorful Tone label, so they will count towards the total.
