Heavy Fire: Afghanistan

Don’t try for this trophy during your two normal playthroughs as it will be to frustrating. Wait until after you beat the game on both rookie and veteran so your character and his weapons will be maxed out. Now load up the first mission (Patriot – At Scene) on rookie and carefully navigate yourself through the mission. This first mission on rookie is very simple. Enemies hardly ever shoot at you and they actually miss you at times as well.

You have an awesome weapon in the M260 Heavy Machine Gun and you have the capacity to carry seven overpowered grenades. Just take your time through the level and use your grenades liberally. If you see an enemy with a big red exclamation mark ("!" above an enemy's head means he is about to shoot you - immediately!) over his head then get into cover as quickly as possible. It’s not worth the risk of trying to shoot him before he shoots you because if you miss and he hits you then you will have to restart the whole mission. Go slow and you should have no problems.

As noted in DrevinKnight's guide, don't attempt this until your character is fully maxxed out by playing through the game twice. Then re-play Operation 1 - At Scene on Rookie difficulty to earn this trophy easily. See the following video guide:
