This trophy explanation is a bit misleading. It says you have to complete at least 100 missions, but actually you have to win these missions.
You can check your stats in the computer where you changing armor. Go to the computer, push “X” and go to the right “Career” tab. Scroll down to find “Missions won”. As soon as you’ll get 100 missions wins, you’ll get the trophy.
One of the fastest methods to win missions, chose difficulty 1, chose mission where you have to destroy transmission tower, take with you any stratagem which can destroy buildings and better if you’ll take faster extraction perk. It doesn’t matter will it be automatons or bugs. It’ll take you around 4 mins solo. BTW you can find up to 15 common samples and 10 supercredits on these missions.
