The best way to get this is first buy the jetpack and start a mission in a open area so try and go where they are no enemies nearby .
As soon as you land call for your drop pod for the jetpack and equip it next throw a grenade on the floor next to your feet and wait a second the slowly boost in the air by holding X.
As you are ascending the grenade should go off and ragdoll your character and with that popping your trophy

1. Go to the Crimsica system (red planet with bugs).
2. Equip jetpack
3. Jump over a mushroom patch and shoot it while you're in the air.
I did it on my first try with the redeemer pistol since it's fast and has spray fire so it's hard to miss. I imagine most weapons would work.

The way I completed this was with the DP-53 armor set that gives 50% to avoid death from a critical hit, after you land, call in the jump pack and the one time use missile launcher.
Find a rock near your landing point and jump pack as close to the rock wall as you can and fire the missile, the blast will knock you back into a rag-doll state.
