Easiest way myself and a few friends earnt this Trophy was to play a "Defend Area" mission.
Do this on Hard (I did Extreme to get two trophies at once, second being to not have any deaths during an Extreme mission).
How to:
Have at least ONE person with you and equip 3 turrets each or 4 if you want to. Gatling, Autocannon and Mortar are the best but if you were to use a 4th, I'd recommend the Rocket or Tesla.
Then just stand in the centre point of the Defence area and let all your turrets do the work.
Note: When you load in, to make sure you do not accidentally misfire, switch to your sidearm (Tap Triangle or HOLD Triangle if on HD Classic). You can kill enemies with your sidearm but on all difficulties EXCEPT Helldiver, the turrets will do everything for you.

Look for a [Thin the numbers] mission. (the kill this many enemies mission.)
Make sure to not shoot your Primary and don't bring any support weapons. I found this easier to do when you bring Manned Turrets and Auto-Turrets. They don't count as primaries or support weapons.
If needed throw down air-strikes, orbital bombardments and etc. But manned turrets seemed to be the way to go for this achievement to be easy.

Just to add to this, I completed the mission with Guard Dog: Rover, and 3 Sentry Turrets (Mortar, Rocket, and Auto-Cannon). Switch to your secondary weapon at the start so you don't accidentally fire your primary. You can get kills with your secondary weapon (pistol, smg), just not your primary, or any support weapons. Guard Dog does NOT count as a support weapon and is safe to get kills with. Cheers!
