Hitman: Absolution HD (EP)

Not a guide, but a simple tip...

For those of you who completed the game on Hard/Expert/Purist only to NOT have the achievement pop, this is what worked for me. I was a little annoyed at first, but I understand this game is riddled with glitches. So...

1. Make sure ALL other achievements are completed first.
2. Start a NEW GAME on the SAME difficulty you completed before. Do NOT chapter select.
3. Complete the tutorial (A Personal Contract). Try to avoid completing any challenges or anything that relates to the play style achievement. Be as basic as possible and stealth your way through if possible. I used the garrote for neccessary kills, and Instinct to get past certain guards. I used the mansion guard, chef and gardener disguises, so feel free to use these.
4. Then, complete The King of Chinatown. Use any method you wish.

The achievement should pop during the start of the next cut scene. Hopefully, this has saved you a lot of replay time. I'm not sure if this method is 100% guaranteed to work, and some of you might not even be affected, but I thought I would share this - replaying on harder difficulties can be pretty grindy.

Professional difficulty means you can play on Hard. I used this playlist as a guide whilst getting all the evidence / collectibles:
