You will find many throwable objects dotted through the game. To get this easy trophy, just throw it in the opposite direction to any enemies near you. Once there are no enemies inside the grey detection box that pops up, this trophy will pop. Doing this will waste the object though, so you will probably have to reset the level afterwards. Just keep this one in the back of your mind as you play through the game, and take your chance whenever you have some empty space to throw into. A good place to get this early is in Level 1/9.
