How to unlock the Sale: B2G1 achievement in Hitman GO - Definitive Guide

Simply kill 100 Pair enemies. These are the Grey enemies with two people standing back to back. You will have to grind this one out after completing the other achievements since there are not that many of these enemies. 

A good level to grind this on is level 3-7. This will also get you killed each time so it adds to your count for "Flesh Wound" as well.
