This is done in the Orange Nut Forest level with the orange nut-like things all over the top part of the level. The easiest way to "equalize" the popnuts is to press to slow down and bump all the large nuts to make them small. The last nut may require more than one bump to shrink. There are quite a lot of nuts to shrink so be sure to get them all. Once they are all the same size the trophy will pop. Credit to Superbuu3 for the video.
