Bluegleam is a new currency, which can be found in the wild. You will also get an abundance in Bluegleam by completing (side) quests and errands. The cheapest item is a weapon called Banuk/Adept Champion Bow (though the exact name will depend on the vendor - Credit to Sellers and Swotam for this information). The bow costs 12 Bluegleam, 1,250 Shards and 1x Frostclaw Heart.
