Just complete the level "The Net Tightens" with the character "Bull", it does not matter what difficulty you complete it on so you can just go on "easy" difficulty if you want.

How does anybody get past the part whre the doctor is in a tank, I can take 10 hits in the tank and I am dead with no checkpoints, seems insane hard to me and its on easy! WTF
