Pretty straightforward, you just have to build enough wonders to get this achievement.
The building of wonders costs Influence and you will not see an option to build wonders if you do not ave enough influence.
So start saving your influence. I believe you can build the first Wonder once you have accumulated 250 influence.
Once you have that a big, centric popup will appear telling you that can now claim a wonder. Do that, pick a wonder and start building.
You need to build seven Wonders in one game for this cheevo to pop, which really is not that hard.
Some tips to make it easier:
To gain influence you will need more territories and cities with the right infrastructure AND do not forget about your civics.
You need territories to gain more influence, but 1 city with too much territories might run into stability issues, which will impact your influence income negatively.
So always be on the city cap or MAX one above it. If higher, ransack you cities until your influence gain is normal again.
When building a Wonder you can select which cities should help building the Wonder. I always select all the cities I have, which will pause their current building, but you might go from 7 turns of building by one city to 2 turns (or even 1) by multiple cities. For this achievement, this is th quickest approach.
And for the rest you should just play and enjoy the game. Always keep an eye on your influence income.

- play on Hamlet difficulty with one basic AI enemy.
- Set the map as big as possible, so hopefully there will be quite some space between you two. (I played this game on Google Stadia before and got around 60 achievements with this set up).
- Do not make the game too short, just play normal speed. There is no rush, because you can quit the campaign as soon as the cheevo pops. Making the play speed too quick might make you run out of time.
- You can leave the rest as is.
- As your first culture, pick an industrial one. My preferred one is Egyptian. They give great bonuses to industry and you will need a great industry because a Wonder wil take several types to be build.
- You can see your influence and influence income in the top right corner
