For this one you need to first pick up a power-up that splits your ball into three or more. Once you have it just keep the balls from falling off the bottom of the screen for at least a minute and the trophy will pop. If you are having problems look at the list of tips below.

~ ~ Change the difficulty to Easy. The difficulty only controls the speed of the ball so turning it to easy will slow everything down giving you a lot more time to react.
~ ~ Collect some Ball Catcher power-ups. These will make the ball stick to your paddle and stay there until you shoot them up again. Collecting one will make one ball stick, two will make two balls stick and so on. Balls attached to the paddle still count for this and make it easier.
~ ~ Collect barrier power-ups. These put a force field across the bottom of the screen that the balls will bounce off, so if you miss a ball you wont loose it. Beware that a barrier disappears after one bounce.
~ ~ Collect an AI Paddle power-up. This will give you a second paddle that the game controls. The paddle will go for the ball nearest to it, so work with it and pick up the balls far away.
