When completing the 'Speedy Blue Shadow' optional quest, this popped.
If seems to either have a wrong description or is buggy.

The trophy description is a bit misleading. After the first non-tutorial dungeon, while in the World Menu, use the Explore option and choose Landmass Info. There should be a list of available quests to choose from. When chosen, they will have a brief description and a recommended level. From the World Menu, choose the Search option and select a side mission (these are marked as "Quest") and complete it with any ranking. The first possible quest is called "Speedy Blue Shadow."
