Go to the Menu and choose any goddess (Neptune early in the game). Go to "Processor" and simply change it.

Processors are used when transforming heroines (only Neptune, Blanc, Noire and Vert can transform) initially we only have Neptune . She has another column in the character menu, with a bottle at hand, just the processor is drawn, go in and change them (you can find them in chests, get them for killing the boss or buy them)
