They are found rather easily as you play through the game and it is unlikely you would miss one is long as you pay attention as you progress.

Be sure to sit at each one and save your game and this trophy will pop after saving at the last one.

To save, we run up to the sofa with Yorda and sit on the left (if you look at the sofa), if you sit on the right, it is slightly dull and you can lose time. It is almost impossible to miss this trophy, since the sofas are always in a visible place, just save on each of them

I’ll add that there are 14 sofas (save points) in total. To avoid missing out, save in all slots one by one (there are 10 of them). And at the end to slots 1 to 4. Then you definitely won’t miss anything.
