Once you get to the Main Menu, select "Tutorial". Follow along and complete it for the achievement.
During your first fight in the tutorial, you can also earn the "Unstoppable" achievement which requires you to win a fight without losing one of your units. This is very easy to do as you can almost one shot groups of enemies with your lord.
