This may come naturally during the harder battles. By the time you kill all the enemies during a battle, make sure only 1 of your units is standing. During the first boss battle, my lord/general was the only unit to make it.

You will most likely get this on the first encounter of the Nosfernus champaign. You start alone and battle 2 low level units.

It's easy to get the achievements "Overkiller, Soul Trapper, Last Man Standing and Survivor" in a single skirmish. Inspired by the guides from user "TheOnlyMatto" for Overkiller and Soul Trapper but changed to do them all in one battle.
Clan: Dracul, Lord: Famed Spellsword (lvl 10), no allied units.
Weapon: Essence Reapers, Ring: 2x Ring of the Seven Sons, Body: any 10 Armor, Helmet: The Cage.
Spells: "Rampage" with 40% attack (must have for overkill) and "Blood Drinker", besides that just take anything that gives you "% attack" or utility (optional: get 1 defensive spell like shield or terror)
Enemy:
Clan: Nosfernus, Lord: Nosfernus Pawn (lvl 1), Units: 6 Skeleton Warriors
Turn 1: Start the match, don't move, wait until the enemy finished his turn, move between the enemies and end your turn.
Turn 2: Buff yourself with "Rampage" and "Blood Drinker" and other spells that buff your damage, you can easily one shot all enemies now.
