This is easy to get during the tutorial. You heavily outgun the opposition without even needing to risk your lord.

worth mentioning it's also a good time to get the cornered achievement too. surrounding an enemy from all 4 sides (walls and terrain don't count)

Can be earned in Skirmish. Give your Lord max amount of units (8-12 can't remember) and the second army gets 0 units. Leave the second armies lord at level 1 and move all yours in for the kill. With the speed at max this might take 2 mins to accomplish with 0 chance your lord gets hit.

How to get this is pretty self-explanatory. I would recommend keeping your lord far behind other forces during the fight. I kept my lord 7-10 squares from the nearest enemy at all times. Use your other troops to block any path to your lord. After killing all enemies without your lord taking damage, the achievement will pop.
