Immortals of Aveum

This takes place after you beat the main story line and end up in the Epilogue. There is a Veki you can pet in "Kalthus" near where you start the epilogue.

This can be done at the end of the Glaivegate mission. Following the story, when you get to glaivegate (fast travel to Kalthus via the Kalthis Plains portal>go straight a little and then head through the arch on the right>follow the red/orange leyline to the battle of glaivegate) , you'll be in a battle and fight your first blue archmagi. After defeating them there will be a castle gate behind Zendara. Enter and in the downstairs area, left side you wil see a puzzle door in the left corner that need you to find blue, green and red swithes to open the door. Look to the right of this corner and you will see the interact point for the Veki, hiding under the shelves. Interact with it and the achievement will pop.

This can also be done in the epilogue when you are mopping up
