How to unlock the All Endings achievement in INDIGO PROPHECY - Definitive Guide

There are only three endings and conditions and they require certain actions to be performed only at the very end of the game.
Good Defeat Oracle and Cyborg in "Decisive Battle"
Orange Clan Lose to the Oracle in the "Decisive Battle"
Purple Clan Lose to Cyborg in the "Decisive Battle"

Just keep in mind that to get the endings you need to start the last episode by saving it to your profile. Otherwise, I started it without saving, got trophies for all endings separately, but didn’t get a trophy for all of them. Heh. I love this game.
