The interesting thing is that I got the trophy when I picked up the same card that I had already picked up. So I will describe all the places that I found where you can pick up cards during the passage.

Chapter 6. Alternate reality.
1 card - at the very beginning of the chapter near the wall.
Card 2 - go to the office. Run to your office, but do not go into it, but run next to the wall in the second row in one of the rooms there will be a map on the table.
Chapter 9. Lost Love.
1 card - in one of the cabinets in the kitchen.
Chapter 10. Hide and seek.
Map 1 - go forward and take the first turn to the right (Marcus will be at the second turn)
Chapter 11/12. Friendly combat.
1 card - outside the ring.
Chapter 13. Debriefing (Karla)
1 card - at the beginning in front of you. It's hard to miss.
Chapter 14. Debriefing (Taylor)
1 card - turn left (the road is away from you) and run all the way.
Card 2 - talk to the old man. When you start to leave, he will ask you to find a rare book. It is located on the 3rd floor. Shelving with white markings. Bring him a map before leaving.
Chapter 15. Agatha.
1 card - in the kitchen. The door is on the right.
2 card - in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom in Agatha's room.
Chapter 19. Dark omen.

Map 2 - as Taylor, leave the office and run around the office. There will be a card on one table.

Map 2 - in Tiffany's house in one of the lockers.
Chapter 29. Junos.
1 card - how they will let you through. Go forward all the way.
Chapter 30. Meeting Kuriakin.
1 card - at the beginning of the chapter, immediately to the left.
Chapter 34. Fate in Russian hills.
1 card - following the crow you will see.
Chapter 42. Bogart.
Map 1 - When you carry Jade, when you reach the train, you will see a map near the stairs to the platform.
Credits - and the last card is given when you watch the credits to the end.

Very glitchy trophy!
There is a high chance of missing it.

It’s better to start doing it right away so that later it won’t be excruciatingly painful, because... I had to replay the game with a new profile.
After completing the game, the trophy never dropped (there were 555 bonus points). There on the form they write that it falls out after picking up cards from the middle of the game and for different people these are different cards - in my case it was the card in the toilet in the Alternate reality chapter.

Therefore, if you are sure that you have collected absolutely all the cards: make a save on a flash drive and try to go through different chapters with the choice of saving in the same slot. The trophy drops when the card is picked up.
