This will make the character take a lot less damage and also stop the enemies attack if it for exmaple would roll through all characters if not blocked correctly.
Also it will recover a small amount of Iddhi.
This will normally come with natural progression if you at least try to block but it could also be farmed on earlier enemies with eeasier attack patterns by only blocking and not attacking yourself.

It becomes much easier as you go along and get used to it.Aside from clearly seeing lower damage numbers, the other way it shows you that you were successful is by briefly illuminating that character in a glowing blue outline.
This trophy will come naturally as you play, assuming you block attacks. If you really want to do it early on, you can technically farm this as there is no penalty for dying, so if all you want to do is get the 108 blocks, you can do it as early as you want – just pick out an enemy, keep blocking until you eventually die, then respawn, rinse, repeat.
The, Pants, Party
A "clean" block occurs when you press the proper face button (based on the location of the character being attacks) just a fraction of a second before an enemy's hit lands. This will severely lower the amount of damage taken and recover some of the Iddhi bar as well. If you want to farm this early you can simply choose not to attack and block every attack and enemy throws at you. There's basically no penalty for dying (you just respawn from your last save bell), so save and find an enemy and get it out of the way. It should come naturally though.
