How to unlock the Arch Villain achievement in InFamous 2 - Definitive Guide

Your karma rank is determined by the gauge next to your charge meter. Negative karma is sorted into three separate ranks:

Thug > Outlaw > Infamous

Doing anything that’s considered evil, such as completing the red side missions, doing stunts listed in red (bio leeching, killing civilians), etc., will move your karma to the negative side. As soon as you’ve reach full negative karma, the trophy will automatically unlock.

  • - Side Missions that results in earning Bad Karma

Reaching full Infamous rank will NOT lock you in this rank; you'll still have to worry about your karma moving back towards the good side. You're free to save civilians once in a while, but make sure you kill a few to balance things out.

We pass the game as the evil Cole, but DO NOT PASS the extra. mission and follow the instructions:

In the last part of the city (where the factories and hangars are located) in the very north of the map there is a mission for the evil Cole. there, together with Nyx and her monsters, you need to extinguish the ice soldiers and militias. and around the enemies there is a crowd of people (about 70 people somewhere). and after you give the order to the nix to attack, you must hover with the help of anti-grav over the center of the crowd and strike it from a height with a thunderclap. People die, and in the end we get a bunch of evil karma =)

If you completed this mission, then you can get evil karma in custom missions. To do this, select missions for the evil Cole in the mission filter. Then we open the map and look for two missions: “Death Box” and “... hipsters”. crowds of people need to be extinguished there. but evil karma will only be given once. Karma WILL NOT be given upon re-passing. You can also look for other missions.

Forget everything written above.

Just make “villainous” decisions (the main thing is to start with the generator overheating) and complete the corresponding side-quests.

Well, kill your enemies, or “Drink”, instead of using energy paths.

Without any problems, the achievement opened for me even before arriving on the 2nd island.

The mission is called "Playing the Hero". There are about 50 people there, not 70. And they don’t give that much villainous karma.

To quickly get this prize, drink the lives of all passers-by.

It turned out that I beat the game, but I didn’t have enough karma.

Therefore, I went to “user materials” in the request, type in “karma boost” or “evel karma boost” and go through the missions (most often this involves a crowd of civilians who need to be destroyed). Each mission only gives a certain amount of karma, i.e. if we see that they have stopped giving karma, then we fulfill the condition for completing this mission. Karma is not given for completing a mission again.

If you completed the game and did not level up your evil karma to the maximum.
In the player materials in the search, type ULTRA EVIL KARMA BOOST and look at the most popular.
You should appear near a cage that stands in the water and has an endless supply of people in it.

If in missions people will initially be alive, then the problem is that the cole hero causes almost no damage to civilians. You can hit your head with a digging stick for about five minutes - it will do no good. kill passers-by with either an ice grenade or a rocket - they freeze and die from the first shot, and even hits the area. but it will be impossible to drink life from the dead, but the speed is much higher. and not everyone will be interested in frantically poking at a square to take away energy

I confirm that the first hint contains a bit of nonsense.

1. It is better to complete additional missions. A regular mission does not add karma, but if you kick civilians in a mission, then on the contrary, karma decreases upon completion.

2. Be sure to complete ALL villainous missions.

3. Also , according to the plot, we choose ONLY villainous options.

4. We don’t hesitate to carry out random villainous missions (musicians, a rally, the police, we explode planted bombs, we take away fragments from passers-by...)

5. We are also not shy about launching large-scale attacks such as an ion vortex, and throwing bombs (not sparing anyone)

By the end of the second territory (right before the flooded city) I received this trophy.

Very easy to get in user materials.

1) Enter Evil Karma XP in the search.

2) Mission four by k4rlitoz11. Mission in the swamp.

3) We sit on the fence and shoot into the water until we get tired of it.

4) We jump into the water as the GPS shows the mission is completed and the heap of evil karma is yours.
