After getting your first blast core you will unlock the Kinetic Pulse ability. Simply use it to throw 50 items. I found it easiest to locate cafe areas and toss the tables and chairs.

In order to pick up objects, you must have already unlocked the Kinetic Pulse ability, which is automatically unlocked as part of the early on story mission, "Forward Momentum". To perform it, hold to pick up an object, then fire it with or .

Many objects can be picked up across the city, such as telephone booths, mailboxes, and cars can all be picked up and hurled. Simply pick them up and throw them towards the sky or at enemies 50 times in order to unlock the trophy.

And no, you can't pick up enemies or civilians with this ability. It's a shame we know. But could you imagine how much more fun that would be?

The easiest way to defeat the “Destroyer” is by throwing objects at it; in the mission to the cemetery it will be difficult to kill it manually; there will be a bunch of tombstones at hand - throw yourself at it.

If you complete additional tasks, you will get this trophy quickly enough, or you can just start throwing cars at everyone.
