How to unlock the Land Lord achievement in InFamous 2 - Definitive Guide

You take over the islands by doing the yellow side missions. If you are missing any sections, go back to them and look for a group of 2 or 3 enemies. Kill them and they'll possibly drop a side mission, either Convoy or Hidden Package. If they don't drop one, leave the area, come back and try again.

Additional tasks need to be completed. On the map they are marked with a yellow circle with a question mark or red or green depending on the karma of the task. Sometimes, if at the end of the game the additional quest has not arrived, then you need to kill opponents in this zone and photographs or walkie-talkies may remain on your body; you won’t miss them; they will also light up in yellow.

If you kill an enemy with the Freeze power, the quest will not drop from him.

In the 2nd city, there may be territories left in part of the flooded city. Try not to drive the proto-enemies into the water.

I’ll only add that if you didn’t capture the islands during the campaign, you can do it in freeplay at the end of the game.

If, after killing all the enemies from an unoccupied territory, the quest did not drop from them, then you just need to run around the city and kill the enemies. As a result, the quest will drop. YOU CAN KILL ANYWHERE!!!

You don't have to run all over the island, just look where your location is marked in red. Look for opponents in this area. There will definitely be a quest at some point!

Sometimes, when there is no task and killing enemies does not help, look for enemies that are lying on the ground (like beaten, but not killed), go up to them and kick them the quest will appear!
