I found an odd trick for this. Sometimes outside of missions you see police officers wandering about, noticeable by a red shield icon on the radar (these start to show up pretty early in the storyline). They are pretty easy targets as they have little health, are very little threat to you and they don't attack you on sight (at least if you have good karma, don't know about if you are evil yet). Use your cn_R2 ability to lift up a car (you get this pretty early in the storyline as well) and take your time to get a good throw in. If you did it right you should get a message "Special Delivery +5XP" on the left of your screen. If they just get incapacitated then you can heal them with cn_R1 + cn_T and throw the car at them again and it seems to count again as I got the trophy hitting the same group of cops a few times.

In order to pick up vehicles, you must have already unlocked the Kinetic Pulse ability, which is automatically unlocked as part of the early on story mission, "Forward Momentum". To perform it, hold to pick up an object or in this case a vehicle, then fire it with or .

Simply defeat 25 enemies by hurling cars at them to unlock the trophy. Note that in order for it to count as a kill by a car, the “Special Delivery” stunt must appear on screen. For added fun, rather than pick up cars that are already parked on the streets, pick up the cars that have a person inside. Not only will you kill the enemy you're going up against, but you'll be able to blow up the car and the driver inside and not gain a single point of negative karma! Two birds with one stone!

In an additional mission from Zeke with militias who are dressed as theatergoers, it is very easy to get this trophy. You attract their attention to you and go to the exit of the park so that they come towards you in a crowd. You pick up the cars and throw them. You replay the mission a couple of times and that’s it - the trophy is yours.

Approximate receiving time is 3 minutes.

Grab cars with your Kinetic Pulse ability and throw them at your enemies. In my opinion, nothing complicated.
