This is Festival of Blood's version of street performers. Be on the look out for costumed civilians playing the drums or juggling torches and drain one dry for the trophy.

As in inFamous 2, street performers are alive and kicking throughout the festival. You'll probably bite one while attempting "Bite Club". Street performers dress in black and have drums or torches.

Throughout the city you will meet groups of people in large white masks with horns and torches in their hands, drink the blood of any of them and the trophy is yours.

PS Don't run into hidden Firstborns. If you bite them, they will take on their true form and cause you a lot of trouble...
