How to unlock the Back With Trish achievement in InFamous - Definitive Guide

This secret Trophy is story related and will be available during your Good Karma play-through.

The Trophy pops at the end of the Anything for Trish mission, located on the second island. This mission will have you will escort a bus across the first island all the way to the hospital, fighting off waves of enemies along the way. It is a fairly lengthy mission, but once you rescue Trish at the end the Trophy will pop.

If you have an overall good karma at the end of the mission where escort the bus to the hospital then you will get this trophy.
