Super simple. After restoring power to the trains (Its story related so you can't miss it), jump on top of one of the trains and ride it until the trophy pops.

You will need to get the trains moving first to get the trophy so first complete the mission where you make the trains start to move again. Once you've done this hop on the top of one of the trains and wait on top for the trophy to pop up. It could take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes depending on how far you've traveled prior to doing this.

To prevent vibration from the gamepad, you can turn it off by holding down the PS key while driving.

Climb onto the roof of the train and make a couple of circles without getting off.
