This is most easily obtained through the second set of Academy levels "Hildegard's Course for Beginners".
On the seventh level (symbol is two crossed out swords) you will be in control of a Bishop Cat above two dogs.
Move to the left and kill the Bow Wielding dog first.
The Spear dog will then move and attack you. It's RNG how much he hits you for but his range is 3-5 damage so keep restarting until he does 5 damage, leaving you on 1 HP.
Then simply kill him on your next turn.
