This does not mean 100 unique Inops, just 100 Inops. So you can keep replaying the first level until you reach 100. The first level also has Ignus and Stars, which also count towards their respective achievements.

Do you know if this has to be during one game? Or does it count the previous Inops you’ve awakened?

@IceeLady it's cumulative, through the whole game it seems! So it counts the previous ones :)
